WWE Diva Tiffany Suspended Following Incident at Hotel

This comes directly from Mike Johnson of PWInsider, and I quote:

"WWE Diva Tiffany (Taryn Terrell) was suspended by World Wrestling Entertainment earlier this week after an incident in San Jose, California at the hotel WWE had booked talents into, according to numerous sources within the company.

The incident, which WWE sources claim was a domestic issue between Terrell and husband Drew McIntryre, led to police being called to the scene. We have conflicting reports over whether Terrell was arrested by the San Jose PD. PWInsider.com is awaiting a return call from the San Jose Police Department's Public Affairs office.

Terrell, who was scheduled to wrestle this Sunday at the Summerslam PPV, was sent home by WWE management after the incident, according to two separate sources.

WWE has not publicly acknowledged the suspension or any potential change to the PPV as I write this"

If true, I find this to be very disheartening. Tiffany is one of the few up and coming divas on the roster, and if pushed the right way could end up going far. As of now, I'm going to consider this to be a rumor. Especially, what with all the speculation on the web about how she may have been future endeavored and not suspended. Well, it would seem Tiffany really was arrested. But the arrest took place on Saturday night and not Tuesday night like previously reported. She is due in court for a hearing on September 2nd. Here's a link to her booking sheet, confirming her arrest:

Additionally, here's what F4WOnline.com has to say about the matter:

What is known is that both performers attended a party Saturday night in Los Angeles together and went to their hotel room. The two had a loud argument which included both hotel security and police being called. The two had already booked separate rooms when the police arrived. Terrell was arrested that night and taken in to custody.

WWE officials were not aware of the incident until Monday, and she was suspended until further information came out. Her lawyers believe she will be cleared of all charges. Right now it is likely the suspension will remain until she is officially cleared.

Again, this is disheartening. I was gonna make a joke about how bad things always seem to happen on Friday the 13th, but since this didn't really happen today, I guess I'll have to save my joke for another time. *sigh* Hopefully, the Smackdown divas tag can still go as scheduled on Sunday. And if not, they could always replace Tiffany with either Rosa Mendes or a diva from Raw. Guess we'll have to wait and see. I'll keep everyone posted!

EDIT #2:

Adding insult to injury, WWE has removed Tiffany from the opening video package for Smackdown. Rather or not this is just a form of punishment or she's on the brink of getting released, we'll find out soon enough. Probably tomorrow at SummerSlam itself. Again, I'll keep everyone posted!
