What TNA Should Look Like

1. Dividing The Roster into two brands

With all the very talented yet under-used wrestlers, we need two seperate shows to showcase TNA's greatest stock. It will also give quality to the multiple championships out there. The primary brand will be iMPACT! and the other will be Xplosion. They will be equal in quality and star power but iMPACT! will be

2. Championships on each brand

Each brand will have its world championship. iMPACT! will have the TNA Championship and Xplosion will have the World Championship. The Tag Team Titles will be interpromotional. iMPACT! will have the X-Division Championship and Xplosion will have the Television Championship. The Knockouts Championship will also be interpromotional.

3. People who should be fired or let go

Hulk Hogan, Eric Bischoff, Vince Russo, Jeff Jarrett, Jesse Neal, Kevin Nash, Mick Foley, Orlando Jordan, Raven, Rob Terry, Shannon Moore, Stevie Richards, Sting, Tomko, Tommy Dreamer.

I know that this list may have some good wrestlers or were-good wrestlers, but we are trying to make TNA a fresh competition for Vince's WWE so we don't need old wrestlers who won't add that much to the product.

4. People who should be hired

Paul Heyman, Bryan Danielson, Daivar (Sheikh Abdul-Bashir), Kenny Dykstra, Christopher Daniels, Charlie Haas, Shelton Benjamin, Gregory Helms, Mickie James, Awesome Kong, Jim Ross, Lillian Garcia, Paul Heyman, Roderick Strong, Lance Cade, Rene Dupree, Mike Knox, Chris Harris, Paul Burchill, The Briscoe Brothers (Jay and Mark), Katie Lea Burchill, Paul Burchill, Joey Styles, JBL, Stephen DeAngelis

5. Get away from the iMPACT! Zone

It's not that energetic like the Hammerstein Ballroom. It's not a huge arena. TNA needs to search for a new home for their shows and call it the TNA Arena. How about the Alico Arena? A 5,000 capacity indoor arena in Florida would definateyl be a fresh change.

6. Details on iMPACT! and Xplosion

iMPACT! will be held on Fridays live while Xplosion will be held live on Tuesdays. iMPACT! will be the red show and Xplosion will be the yellow one. Both shows will have two hours. Moving iMPACT! to Fridays is a smart move because it will mean competition with Friday Night Smackdown which is taped on Tuesdays while iMPACT! will be live which will produce a fair war between both shows and a better product for the fans. Xplosion will be on Tuesdays competing with WWE's NXT for only one hour meaning that they have a chance of crushing the rookie-based WWE show.
