Do TNA and WWE Need More Titles?

We all know that WWE was more exciting back in the days when there were more titles than today. Sure, WCW had even more titles, with the WCW United States Tag Team Championship Television championship etc.

But WWE had the legitimate ones such as Cruiserweight, Light Heavyweight, Hardcore etc.

The European title did not make sense as many non-Europeans won it, even on United States soil, so what was the point of it?

Now we go to TNA. They have the Global championship, what on earth is that?! Global means World, so why is it less superior than the World Heavyweight title? What exactly IS the X Division anymore?!

I believe TNA will need to recreate the X Division, and the wrestlers that should not be part of that division, and are just under mid carders, should have a title to go for.

This is where the Global championship comes. Change the name, call it the Television title, call it the US title, my god even call it the Intercontinental title, they can use these words and not get accused of copyright from WWE because they are titles other organisations sometimes use also.

It is MUCH better than the GLOBAL name. Then bring back the Hardcore championship; hell, it'll give a reason for their hardcore antics, and give them a better reason for blood pouring out.

Now, WWE, why oh why did they get rid of the cruiserweight division? I mean, sure they went into two brands, but the other brand had the Light Heavyweight title, and it gave the smaller wrestlers a chance to shine.

It helped elevate many wrestlers like Rey Mysterio and Jeff Hardy. But to tarnish the image of the title by making Hornswoggle retire it was ridiculous.

I mean, look at today's wrestlers, for example Evan Bourne, Cody Rhodes, Primo, Yoshi Tatsu, these wrestlers deserve to fight for something and give us excellent matches.

Bringing back these titles can elevate them and bring some honor back to these high flyers.

This is the only title that is relatively missing from today's WWE product, and these small wrestlers deserve to be showered in some type of gold as they risk more than other wrestlers.

In conclusion:

TNA Needs:

TNA Hardcore Championship
TNA Intercontinetal Championship

Whereas WWE Need:

WWE Light Heavyweight Championship/Cruiserweight Championship.

Bring back the excitement of having multiple types of wrestlers vying for their respective titles.
