TNA Vs. WWE: Could This Happen Sooner Than Expected?

For the past few months, we've all been conflicted between loyalty and the next best thing. WWE fans have found themselves watching TNA in secret, but sticking to the loyalties and relationships they have with the WWE. So yesterday, I got to thinking to myself: What would happen if there was a pay per view that pitted the best of TNA against the best of WWE?

I think the card would look something like this:

First Bout: Tomko vs. Vladimir Kozlov vs. Chris Jericho vs. Mike Knox

Second Bout (Divas Ball): Beth Phoenix vs. Natalya vs. Angelina Love vs. Victoria vs. Gail Kim vs. ODB

Third Bout (TLC): Team 3D vs. The Dirt Sheet vs. Cryme Tyme vs. Chavo and Bam

Fourth Bout (Ego Bowl): MVP vs. Elijah Burke vs. JBL vs. Kurt Angle vs. Randy Orton

Fifth Bout (#1 Contender’s Match): Edge vs. Tommy Dreamer vs. Christian Cage vs. John Cena

Sixth Bout (High Flyer Melee): Jeff Hardy vs. Rey Mysterio vs. Evan Bourne vs. AJ Styles

Seventh Bout (Battle of the Heavyweights): Big Daddy V vs. Great Khali vs. Big Show vs. Awesome Kong vs. Umaga vs. Matt Morgan vs. Kane vs. The Undertaker

Eighth Bout: Booker T vs. Matt Hardy vs. Kennedy vs. Batista

Ninth Bout (Ladies Night Match): Mickie James vs. Michelle McCool vs. Taylor Wilde

Tenth Bout: Shelton Benjamin vs. Kofi Kingston vs. Petey Williams

Eleventh Bout (Tag Team Warfare): LAX vs. Team Priceless vs. Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder

Main Event (Champion of Champions): CM Punk vs. Mark Henry vs. Samoa Joe vs. Triple H

But then again, who’s to say that these titans of the squared circle would ever meet up with each other? Twelve matches in one night? That would be insane in a way. But on the other hand, at least you’re guaranteed to leave the arena talking about all four shows and their superstars.

With so much animosity circulating through the business, this one night only show would guarantee that one show would leave with major bragging rights.

In any event, it’s clear that even if we never see the return of Invasion, we would have enough superstars to give us a 5-Star Caliber show. But that’s just my take on it…I could be wrong.
