TNA IMPACT! Preview: The Line In The Sand

Last week on IMPACT!, everyone was looking for answers from one man. From Samoa Joe, to Booker T, to AJ Styles, to Kurt Angle, everyone was waiting for the return of "The Icon"—Sting. Tonight on IMPACT!, we're hoping to get those answers on top of some wild action from the IMPACT! Zone in Orlando, Florida.

The Quest for TNA Supremacy Continues...

After two controversial pay-per-views involving Samoa Joe and Booker T, the two men will finally settle their war at Hard Justice next month. But that isn't stopping the two of them from one-upping each other every chance they get.

Last week, Samoa Joe told Booker T to hold on to the championship until Hard Justice because as long as he had that title, he was a target. At the end of IMPACT!, he proved to be true to his word as he ambushed Booker and tossed him into the back of an ambulance. Sharmell tried to save her husband from the assault, but was scared away by Joe.

She also wielded a black baseball bat, customary to the attire of Sting. Was Sting trying to send a message...or was Booker T just trying to play more head games on the TNA World Champion? Who will get an advantage before Hard Justice?

Runnin' Wilde

Since winning the TNA Knockouts Championship, Taylor Wilde has become the Ultimate Underdog in regards to keeping the gold.

After two victories over Awesome Kong, envy has fallen over the Knockouts Division as every one of them believe that Taylor doesn't deserve to be champion because she "didn't pay her dues."

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't getting your ass handed to you by Awesome Kong paying dues?

In any event, one Knockout gets the chance of a lifetime tonight. After winning the Knockouts Gauntlet, Velvet Sky will get the chance to become the TNA Knockouts Champion when she faces Wilde tonight.

How will the other Knockouts feel about a member of The Beautiful People as their champion? How will Angelina Love feel about her partner getting something that she actually wants?

Strapped In

Last week, Beer Money took their aggression over their loss at Victory Road out on everybody...and I do mean everybody!

The duo of Robert Roode and James Storm wielded straps and unleashed their fury on everyone from production to security to fellow superstars. Even the fans were not safe from their wrath as they brought the fight to the IMPACT! Zone.

After last week's brutality, the punishment will fit the crime as after battling in the World X Cup, the Motor City Machine Guns will step up to the plate and try to get some payback on Beer Money.

Will LAX bring some Hard Justice to Beer Money tonight for Hector Guerrero? Can the boys from Detroit get retribution on the guys who whipped them down less than a month ago? Or will Beer Money continue their assault on TNA?

Playing The "Angle"

Tonight also marks the debut of Karen Angle's new talk show, "Karen's Angle." As reported earlier this week on TNAWrestling.com, Kaz is walking away from TNA, but he will stop through the talk show to explain why he is leaving. But Karen could have some unwanted distractions as Tomko has been given marching orders to crash her debut.

Will Tomko crash the party? What reasons will Kaz give for saying goodbye to TNA? How will Karen counter the orders of her husband?

Getting Wood, Retribution, and an Icon's Approval

The main event of the evening will see a rematch between Team Angle and Team Styles from Victory Road. But it won't be Full Metal Mayhem this time. It's much worse than that.

Thanks to Frank Trigg's interference, Kurt Angle was able to pick up the victory at the pay per view. After tonight, he might wish he didn't win.

Thanks to the quick thinking of "The Instant Classic" Christian Cage, for the first time on IMPACT!, we will see a Six Man Elimination Tables Match! Despite the possibility of an injury to Brother Devon at Victory Road, both members of Team 3D are expected to compete.

But the story gets better as Kurt has made a guarantee that "The Icon" will be at ringside to cheer Team Angle on.

Will Sting be at ringside for the main event? Will Team Styles get some retribution after Trigg's run in at Victory Road? What will Sting tell us about his actions at the pay-per-view? And will either Samoa Joe or Booker T come down to confront "The Icon?"
