UFC 87: Seek and Destroy Predictions

Time for another UFC prediction page.  I just wish I was right a little more often on these things.

Ben Saunders versus Jared Rollins

Ben Saunders, by decision

Chris Wilson versus Steve Bruno

Chris Wilson, by decision

Cheick Kongo versus Dan Evensen

Kongo by TKO

Luke Cummo versus Tamdan McCrory

Tamdan McCrory, by submission

Jason MacDonald versus Demian Maia

Jason MacDonald, by submission

Manny Gamburyan versus Rob Emerson

Gamburyan will lay and pray on Emerson, until Emerson gets bored and gives up a submission.

Kenny Florian versus Roger Huerta

Kenny Florian will punish Huerta, and win this one by submission.

Brock Lesnar versus Heath Herring

Herring by TKO.  Lesnar will bull charge Herring, like he does, but Herring will avoid the take down, and punish Lesnar, showing once again Lesnar is overrated. But there will still be some that think the way Lesnar got beat shows promise for him.

Georges St. Pierre versus Jon Fitch

I am going to go with GSP by TKO.  I think his wrestling is good enough to avoid the take down, and he will outclass Fitch on their feet scoring a big knockdown, followed by a ref stoppage due to strikes on the ground.

This card looks like it could be really good, but at the same time it looks like it could be long and boring.  I have really been disappointed by the lack of effort that seems to be going into some of the fights lately, I hope this can turn it around.
