Annett, Harvick Lead Nationwide Practice From Talladega

Michael Annett and Kevin Harvick topped the two practice sessions Thursday for the Aarons 312 this Saturday at Talladega Superspeedway in Alabama. Michael Annett was fastest in the first practice of the day running a fast lap at 49.497 @ 193.466 mph. Annett scored a win the ARCA Remax Series a few years ago at Talladega.

Kevin Harvick was fastest in Final Practice from Talladega, Harvick ran a lap at 49.379 @ 193.929 mph around the 2.66 mile superspeedway. Harvick already has two wins this season in the Nationwide Series and is running third in the points.

The Nascar Nationwide Series will qualify at 11:30am ET on Friday it will be televised on Speed. The Aarons 312 will be live on Saturday at 2:30pm ET on ABC weather permitting as showers and thunderstorms are in the forecast again this weekend for Saturday.
