As most of you already know the NCAA tournament has expanded to 68 teams, instead of the the dreaded 96 teams once debated.

Sidney Lowe will be feeling the pressure this upcoming basketball season to get the NC State Wolfpack to the NCAA Tournament.

Since Sidney Lowe's arrival, the Wolfpack have failed to make the NCAA Tournament, along with failing to have an above .500 record against the ACC.

Sidney Lowe and the NC State Wolfpack are in a recruiting battle to get coveted forward C.J. Leslie.

Hypothetically speaking if the Wolfpack get Leslie, they will have one of the best recruiting classes in the country.

That recruiting class also includes Ryan Harrow and Lorenzo Brown; both are guards who should come in and make an impact.

This great recruiting class coming in has put even more pressure on Sidney Lowe to win, and to start winning immediately.

The NCAA Tournament is only expanding to three more spots but the Wolfpack Nation feel that they should be making the tournament already and this should help the Pack's chances.

I don't mean that in a bad way, because I also feel that the Wolfpack basketball team should be a major player in the ACC and the NCAA.

I am also one of those people who feel that Sidney Lowe should be fired if he doesn't make the NCAA Tournament, if not now.

If nothing Sidney Lowe will be feeling the pressure to win even more with the tournament expansion.
