In case you missed my TE rankings, check it out. I explain my definition of a sleeper. As with the TEs, these WRs rankings will change, but this is just a starting point. The sleepers are denoted with a (S). The first 36 WRs should be considered starters in PPR leagues. The last 36 are backups, handcuffs, and bye week fill-ins.
