This is my first mock draft for just the Buffalo Bills. I've made some for just the 1st round and for the Browns. So Just let me know what you think of my mock and tell me how you can improve it.

First Round No. 9: Bryan Bulaga, OT

The Bills need a lot of help on the OL and they fill a major need with this pick.

Second Round No. 41: Colt McCoy, QB

The Bills need a QB of the future and they find it in McCoy. With good coaching I think McCoy can do very well. A lot of people have Tebow going here. But I think McCoy is too good to pass up.

Third Round No. 72: Torrell Troup, NT

They need a NT for the 3-4 defense and find one in Troup.

Fourth Round No. 107: Montario Hardesty, RB

Looks like the Bills are looking to move Lynch. Hardesty is a good replacement. If he is taken. I'd look at Toby Gerhart or Joe Mcknight.

Fifth Round No. 140: Jordan Shipley, WR

The Bills need to find a receiver play with Lee Evans, James Hardy, and will replace Josh Reed.

Sixth Round No. 178: Clifton Geathers, DE/DT

Fills a need at DE in the 3-4 defense. This will move Maybin to LB.

Sixth Round No. 192: Andrew Tyshovnytsky, OT

The Bills need to fill the need at the other OT. So they draft one here.

Seventh Round No. 209: Javarris James, RB

This is just to add depth at RB.

Seventh Round No. 216: Adam Ulatoski, OT

They add some depth on the OL. With good coaching can do well.
