Mo $$ Playoff Prediction Lakers, Thunder

Finally the Playoffs have arrived and only 16 teams remain. Who will come out on top? Will there be an upset? It might happen, or it might not. Their are so many good match-ups in this first round of the Playoffs anything is bound to occur.

We have the Lakers and we have the Thunder a 1 seed against a 8 seed. This is going to be an interesting series. With Kevin Durant already getting motivated with Phil Jackson's comments saying that "He gets to many calls toward his favor." The Thunder will play their hearts out, but it won't be enough to defeat the defending champions.

L.A. is one spark away from being at the elite level. They have struggled recently with games, but injury's have slowed down this team the past couple months. Bynum and Bryant are expected back in uniform come Sunday. With two key-players returning, another one went down. Sasha Vujacic AKA The Machine fractured his ankle Wednesday night against the Clippers. He is expected to miss the 1st round series against the Thunder. He might miss the entire playoffs, his status is questionable until further details.

The first game is Sunday afternoon 12pm pacific time in Los Angeles. I expect L.A. to win this series in 5 games. It won't be easy, OKC might even push for a 6th game, but I expect L.A. to come through. Even with everyone doubting them, L.A. is still the defending champs, and in order to defend their title, they have to endure because "They who endure, conquer."
