Tiger Woods has had a great day out at the US masters finishing at -4 but the question that everyone is asking is can he win the tournament. He has been out for 5 months and everyone is wondering if he can get back to the form he was at before the issues.

Tiger has had a lot of scandals with his private life. It is apparent that he has had 26 affairs, while he has been married. Tiger has attracted many fans, I remember when i was out at Kingston Heathe in Melbourne, off the fairway you couldn't see any grass because so many people that had came to support him.

Today the 1st hole was swamped with fans that had forgiven Tiger for his wrong doing. He has attracted a lot of criticism, but i think that he has learnt his lesson and he deserves some peace and quiet, because losing his wife i think is enough punishment.

His first shoot back in golf was a great drive strait down the centre of the fairway, there was no doubt he was showing everyone that he hadn't lost any touch when he was away from the game.

Today Tiger did surprisingly well after 5 months out of the game today, with -4 and he is T6 after the end of the first round at Augusta. The big test for him will be to beat Phil Mickelson who is in the best form of his life, today was no different for Mickelson who shot -5. Mickelson is T2 after the first day of play.

Tiger also has to watch out for Fred Couples, Tom Watson and Lee Westwood who are all in the top 3 and played exceptionally well today. Y.E. Yang also played exceptionally well today shooting -5 he also could pose a threat to Tiger for the championship.

Tiger Woods comeback today could not have possibly gone any better. He has played extremely well shooting 2 eagles telling us that the old Tiger is back and that he has sorted out his issues in his private life! I think that Tiger will only get better in the next three days and i think he will win his 5th green jacket.
