Mayweather vs Mosley 24/7 Begins This Saturday on HBO

According to a press release, the award winning reality documentary series 24/7 returns with it’s most flamboyant, intriguing star, Floyd Mayweather Jr., this Saturday April 10 (10:00-10:30 p.m. ET/7:00-7:30 p.m. PT), as he prepares to train for the veteran welterweight champion Shane Mosley for their upcoming super mega-fight taking place May 1 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Completing their now-famous press tour, the fighters return back to training camp. Mayweather (40-0, 25 KOs) trains in his local Las Vegas facilities including the Mayweather Boxing Gym. Mosley  (46-5, 39 KOs) heads to Big Bear mountain for training camp.

Episodes two and three of 24/7 MAYWEATHER/MOSLEY debut on subsequent Saturdays–April 17 (9:30-10:00 p.m. ET/6:30-7:00 p.m. PT) and 24 (8:30-9:00 p.m.)–while the finale debuts Friday, April 30 (8:30-9:00 p.m.), just one night before the super-showdown.  All four episodes will have multiple replay dates on HBO, and the series will also be available on HBO On Demand.

On Saturday, May 1 at 9:00 p.m. (ET)/6:00 p.m. (PT), HBO Pay-Per-View presents “Mayweather vs. Mosley,” live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

The 24/7 boxing franchise recently received six Sports Emmy® nominations for the 2009 programming year, including Outstanding Edited Sports Special for the series “24/7 Mayweather/Marquez.”  Winners will be announced April 26.
