Brandon Marshall thought he was going to get a big contract at the end of 2009 after cementing another 100 plus catches for over a 1000 yards for the third straight season. He should of been a free agent flying from one team to another driving up the price tag like most coveted free agents ala Mr. Peppers and last years fat-Albert Haynesworthles, instead he's a restricted (un)-free agent with a first round tender.        The Broncos want Brandon but they want him cheap, by refusing to accept from Seattle anything less than the sixth pick means Seattle is not going to offer him the 5 year 50 million or whatever absurd amount you can think of and lose the sixth overall pick.  Denver has let the market dictate what kind of contract he will be receiving and with no other teams in the mix he can't be happy hearing that he's not going to be paid what he thinks he's worth let alone get out of Denver.  Anyone who thinks McDaniels is just going to give him away like Seattle and their fans or MSM for that matter wasn't paying attention last year when Cutler refused to play in Denver or even answer the owners calls which Josh netted a lousy 2 first round picks, Kyle Orton and a third minus a fifth.   This team is built to win now, and towards the future so giving away a top 3 receiver for less than equal value just isn't going to happen, under the old regime he'd probably been cut but this is not the old regime Seattle, are you listening? Probably not. So enjoy Charlie the lost Bee-Gee Whitehurst throwing to double covered Housh or broke down Branch or if you draft unknown wake me up before you go-go Dez Bryant behind a bad o-line then tell us the sixth pick is too steep!  Marshall Marshall Marshall...
