Chris Jericho (c) vs. Edge

You want to know which man will walk out of WrestleMania 26 with the world title? I believe I have the answer.

While you may well doubt me, I called Chris Jericho's winning of the title at Elimination Chamber correctly.

Edge's comeback started at the Royal Rumble in a big way, as he won the Royal Rumble match from out of nowhere.

While Edge was out injured, WWE had Chris Jericho insult and degrade his former tag team partner from time to time, in the hopes that upon Edge's return, the two would be able to build a massive feud.

Luck seems to have favored WWE on this occasion, and it so happens that Edge is fit enough to battle Jericho at WrestleMania.

Has Edge's turn from bad guy to fan favorite worked? Yes would be my answer. He isn't the traditional poster boy like John Cena, but the fans do cheer for him. Resoundingly so, I might add.

A few weeks ago on Raw, Edge speared Jericho. He then got close to Y2J and uttered the word "spear." That moment alone generated a big response from the live crowd and should serve as proof that Edge's unconventional take on being a hero in the wrestling ring is working thus far.

However, will Edge win at Mania?

Chris Jericho is only a month into his world title reign, which began at the Elimination Chamber PPV when he defeated the Undertaker, by way of a HBK superkick.

Y2J has been a prominent figure in WWE these past few months, featuring very often on both Raw and SmackDown as a tag team champion. He also appears on WWE's latest show, NXT.

One could make the argument that Jericho will not lose the world title so early in his reign.

It can also be argued that WWE will want to make Edge's shocking win at the Royal Rumble all the more memorable by having him win the world title at WrestleMania.

Since the year 2000, only three Royal Rumble winners have failed to win the title at WrestleMania.

Furthermore, Jericho's most recent world title reign, back in 2008, lasted all of six weeks.

Considering all the aforementioned factors, my prediction is...

Winner: Edge

This match is going to be great, regardless of the winner. These two men know each other inside out and will go to any lengths to make this contest a classic.

Expect high-flying moves and countless near falls. Expect Edge and Chris Jericho to go all out. At the very least, this match will be the second most entertaining one on the card, after the Undertaker and Shawn Michaels .

I believe if there is anyone who would be willing to lose the world title so soon into his reign, it would be Chris Jericho.

He and Edge go way back, and at this stage of Jericho's career, having achieved all that he has, he has nothing to lose.

Therefore, I predict we will see the Rated R Superstar walk out of WrestleMania 26 with gold around his waist.

What say you? Who do you guys think will win this one? Please comment and let us all know your predictions and opinions. Thanks for reading.
