We asked him what he is doing right now to prepare for the NFL…

We asked him to further detail what he is doing to increase his speed and size.

We talked about his Pro Day and his numbers for his 40-yard dash, bench press, broad jump, and how his numbers stack up against those that were at the Combine.

We talked about his background being a running back and how that helps him as a linebacker and also talked about how versatile of an athlete he is, how he can play multiple positions, and his experience, even on special teams.

Marlon shared how intense the Pro Day is and what goes on at Pro Day.

We talked about how smart he is, being that he majored in engineering.

We asked him which player or players he compares himself to.

We also asked him which player was the best player he saw in college football. His answer may surprise you.

We asked him what it was like to play for Mike Leach.

We asked him which NFL team, if any, did he follow growing up.

We also asked him about his willingness to go to the UFL or Arena in case the NFL doesn’t call (even though he’s a fourth- or fifth-round projection)

We also asked him how he plans to avoid the same pitfalls of being in the wrong place at the wrong time such as Ben Roethlisberger.

Thanks to Marlon for coming on the show with us and good luck to him in the upcoming draft!!
