NHL Picks for March 20th, 2010: Who Will Pull out the Big Upset Tonight?
Last Night's Record : 3-1
Record for the week : 12-5
Last night was quite an interesting night. Two of my picks came back in the third and once again almost had a perfect night if not for Devan Dubnyk and his first win.
Anyways, here are my picks for tonight's games:
St. Louis Blues at New Jersey Devils
New Jersey is fighting Pittsburgh right now for the lead in the Atlantic Division. They are currently one point behind the Penguins.
The issue is that New Jersey has lost 10 of there last 11 games on the road, not helping there cause. Luckily, they are riding a five game home winning streak.

St. Louis on the other hand, is one of the best road teams in the league, also winning eight of there last eleven games.
Look for the Devils to win this one, with Brodeur stealing the show.

Philadelphia Flyers at Atlanta Thrashers
Atlanta has been one heck of a surprise. Since trading there former captain Ilya Kovalchuk, Atlanta hasn't been half bad, going 6—6—3 and putting themselves three points out of a playoff spot. Plus, with them beating playoff teams Ottawa and Buffalo, they are on a roll.
The Philadelphia Flyers have had some issues in net, but with Brian Boucher having a stellar performance against Dallas, who knows. The real key stat here is simple, Atlanta against Philly is 6—26—3 all—time. Enough said.
Look for Philly to beat Atlanta in a high scoring game.
