People questioned whether Durant came out to early out of Texas, but I think he answered that question.

Portland Trailblazers have the worst luck when it comes to having the #1 pick in the Draft, first they don't draft Jordan, 20 some years later the pass on Durant.  It looks like deja vu all over again.

There is no question that the Thunder will be in the playoffs, they are going to go as far as Number 35 can take them.  This just reminds me of the Chicago Bulls, it was instantly in a short time Jordan's team.  Bulls wasn't on t.v. until Jordan started to wake up the world with phenomenal game play.

I see the same thing with Durant, if he is not the League MVP this year it is only because Thunder is not on primetime T.V. like Kobe, Lebron, and Howard is.  Make no mistake he will be next year.

Kevin Durant has 27 games in a row with scoring over 25 points and is leading a team that you probably don't even know the names of the other 4 starters.  This team is a team in the west nobody wants to play because they have nothing to lose, and Durant  will be excited and amped to lead this team into the playoffs.

The question isn't is Kevin Durant going to win a Championship, the question is when? Don't be surprised if the Oklahoma City Thunder isn't like the Bulls of the 90's.

Also remember Free Agency is big this year, Oklahoma City will get a big name to take off the load and help out.  All you need is two star players and the rest role players.  I wouldn't be surprised if Amari Stoudemire, Dwayne Wade get a call in the off season.
