If I Was GM of My Own NBA Team

My perfect team would consist of a young core that can "Run N' Gun" with the ability to set up a half-court game lead by veteran leadership.

My Blueprint:

- good chemistry (everyone knows their roles and no egos)

- 1-2 STAR players

- versatility (players have the ability to play multiple positions causing mismatches)

- deep solid bench

(Starting 5)

Point Guard - floor general, athletic, excels in the open court, ability to knock down the open shot.

Shooting Guard - STAR, all around scorer, clutch-factor is a plus.

Small Forward - athletic, defensive-minded hustle player with decent size, 3-point ability, point-forward and versatility a plus.

Power Forward - low post scorer, rebounder, tough interior defense, shot blocking a plus.

Center - shot blocker, rebounding defensive-minded big, preferably athletic and runs the floor well, solid shooter a plus.

Sixth-Man - instant offense

7 - defensive stopper/slasher/hustle player

8 - shooter

9 - back-up facilitator/veteran/mentor

10 - shot blocker

11 -prospect

12 -prospect
