Predictions For Tonight Games Jan 20 2010

There are a lot of games going on tonight in the NBA world. Not many of those are too interesting it seems like. A few good match-ups, but nothing special. You never know in the NBA though, because this is "were amazing happens" and Dampier might drop a career high 10 points or something crazy like that.

Dallas @ Washington: With Dirk playing the way he is, and the rumors about Dampier going on a career high tonight I have to take the Mavs. It seems like JKidd is getting back in for also, so that's a good sign for the always hated (at least by me) Mark Cuban.

Miami @ Charlotte: Wade can't do everything by himself. Beasly is playing better and showing promise, but after a few good games he always comes back with a bad performance, and I love Chalmers, but he needs to step his game up. Wade is an MVP candidate, so that helps a lot so I am picking the Hea.... wait wait wait. Breaking news: The Bobcats are over .500?? and a 5 game winning streak?? Go Bobcats and Wallace on this one.

Sacramento @ Atlanta: Tyreke is having a phenomenal year! but the Hawks are good at home, and they are just a way better team. Crawford is making a huge difference for them and the team matured a lot. Hawks win.

Portland @ Philadelphia: Iverson is going to drop 30, with 7 assists and Philly takes on the overrated Blazers!

Indiana @ Orlando: The Magic are not looking too good. They played good against the Lakers, but they look like they are having some issues. The Pacers are considering taking a step down and going to the D-League, so I have to take the Magic on this one. Hibbert has a challenge and something to prove in this game though, so good luck to Roy!

Boston @ Detroit: I never liked the Pistons, but trading Billups and naming Stuckey "the ballhog" your franchise PG is not the smartest move I would say. I hate the Celtics, but I would not bet against them, unless they play the Lakers of course.

Oklahoma @ Minnesota: A young teams match-up. Westbrook is going to eat up Flynn. Westbrook is one of the most underrated players in the league, and even though I like the attitude that Flynn plays with, I don't think he can keep up with the Thunder's PG.

Memphis @ NO: ZACH RANDOLPH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Beast, The Black Hole, Mr. 20 and 10!!!! Get it done baby!!!

Toronto @ Milwaukee: Bosh is going to bring it. Jennings wants to get back on track, and can the Bucks play D like the beginning of the year? and Bogut guard Andrea outside the arch?? No he can't but Iliasova can take care of everything! another career night for Iliasova, and the Bucks get it done with Defense. Hedo needs to pick up the slack!

NJ @ Phoenix: Hahaha will anyone pick the Nets to win? on any game this season? I don't think so.

Utah @ Sa Antonio: Ever since Stockton and Malone I hated the Jazz. They were good, but I couldn't stand it. Same with Boozer and Deron. Williams is a really good player, but Parker is going to work tonight!

Chicago @ LA Clippers: Deng is back in form! Noah is up for most improved player of the year. That's really good, since I never expected him to leave the bench once he got drafted, but the kid's got heart. Clippers are still feeling Blake's out for the season news, my condolences to them.

Denver @ Golden State: The logic says to go with Denver. I believe Don Nelson is going to come up with a perfect game plan on how to neutralize Billups and Melo, and let Martin take all the shots, and he drew a play for Radmanovic to dunk on the Bird Man!! so let's take the Warriors on this one!

Those are my predictions of the night. Let's check tomorrow to see how accurate they were.
