If Wikipedia Is To Be Believed, Chan Gailey Is Already Buffalo Bills New Coach
My colleague Chris Trapasso wrote a breaking news article that cited several sources like the Buffalo News and Jay Glazer that Chan Gailey has now emerged as the leading candidate to become the next head coach of the Buffalo Bills.
So, since this is a subject near and dear to my heart, and since I must admit that I am not a member of the Chan Gailey fan club, I figured I would do a little reading up on Chan and research his background. I then went to Wikipedia.com (today is Jan. 18th by the way), and when I plugged in Gailey's name, here is what you will see, if you go there right now:

So, if we are to believe the good folks at Wikipedia, that means that they broke the story than Chan Gailey was hired. In fact they are actually stating that Gailey is hired the day before it shows that he is hired.....Hummmmm.
Is it wishful thinking? Did someone from one of the Bills many competitors go ahead and decide to edit Gailey's profile to throw more confusion to the wind?
Should be interesting to see what transpires tomorrow, if anything. Just when I thought I would be looking forward to hearing what the Bills thought of Russ Grimm's interview, and how Cowboy's offensive coordinator Garrett was thinking about taking an interview, we get news of a much different situation. Stay tuned Bills fans.
