NFL Playoffs: What To Do Now That The Pats Are Out

Now that the once playoff dominant Patriots of New England have been eliminated from the post season, you may find yourself wondering what to do with all of this spare time on your hands. Here are some tips for you to get you by until next year.

1. Find pictures of Tom Brady wearing women's clothing. I am sure that all Pats fans have seen the pictures circulating the Internet of Tom Brady wearing a women's spaghetti strap Patriots top on and the biggest smile on his face. This is not only good for a laugh, but it represents how the team performed in the playoffs, not too pretty.

2. Wear another teams jersey. For instance, buy a Manning jersey and tell people what Titans coach Jeff Fisher said at a charity fundraiser while wearing one. "I just wanted to feel like a winner". This has been scientifically proved to make you look 40% cooler, and has been shown to help win MVP awards.

3. Forget the Pats and get ready for baseball season. At least you will have something to look forward to at this point. It will be 8 months until preseason starts, and if you are a Pats fan, there is a good chance you are a Red Sox fan too. Maybe this year you will be better than the Yankees. I sure hope so. With the Red Sox playoff appearance last season, if they do poorly this year, I fear the New England area will implode.

4. Probablly most importantly this off season, hope Belichick doesn't get replaced. After performances like the "4th and 2" game, and the loss to Miami in the 4th quarter are probably driving Robert Kraft crazy. Also the fact that the Pats haven't won a Super Bowl since Feburary 2005. They had the 07 season were they made the Super Bowl, but lost to a much weaker NY Giants team.

These are just a few things to do to get you by until August when preseason starts again.Of course this is all in good fun, and I hope no one takes this too seriously. Except the Manning jersey part, go buy one.
