Jeff Hardy Shocks WWE and becomes a TNA impact!
Wow! it is hard to shock the wrestling world but TNA has managed to do just that. They have managed to acquire one of their competitions biggest superstars. The significance of Jeff Hardy jumping to TNA means all the difference of the world. In a time where we have the internet to get our wrestling news this was one breaking news story that flew under a lot of peoples radar.
This leads your humble writer to conclude that TNA management is doing something right. WWE previous to this had managed to market Jeff Hardy a very undersized wrestler as perhaps their companys biggest draw. If TNA did anything right it was getting Hardy. One can only imagine McMahons reaction at seeing the wrestler he had built up to such a high level jump to their new rival.

It is important to note that Rick Flair is also an important member to the roster but not nearly as significant as Jeff Hardy. The fact that Hardy can wrestle in top caliber matches could lead to some very high ratings. Now in all honesty TNA has a long way to go to compete consistently with WWE but they are without question in the right direction.
Every fan that watched The original Monday Night wars remembers when Scott Hall had first jumped ship. It was a huge moment and it established WCW as a force to be reckoned with since they had just gotten one of the other companies current stars. It is also important to note that Scott Hall was not even a main eventer in WWE when he first came to WCW. Having said this Jeff Hardy makes more than an impact cause he literally was a main eventer in WWE a short time ago.
This inclusion of Jeff Hardy will spike up the ratings. Hardy has a very strong following and one can only imagine the future impact that he is going to make. TNA has gotten the pieces in place to compete and now the only question is whether they can get their creative working in a consistent manner. Either way we all win as fans because now we might be in the verge of the new Monday night wars.
