Chelsea vs Fulham ending with and wonderful 2-1 win for Chelsea helping them maintain a 2 points lead at the top of the EPL as Manchester United sits at second and Arsenal 2 points behind MU with a game in hand...

In that particular game, we saw Ancelloti playing the young guns replacing Ashley Cole, Branislav Ivanovic and removing Anelka and Essein as they are injured.

From the match, Chelsea fans learn a few things...

First of all, Ballack's set piece sucks... he can hardly do anything with it...

Second, Chelsea need's to BUY!!!

From the game, we see Yury Zhirkov did a wonderful job defending and pushing forward a little, he is fast but not as good as the support Ashley Cole always provide. His defending was good with so good blocks and clearance done but his cross just doesn't seem right during attacking...

then it is Paulo Ferreira, his present was never ever felt in the game. He hardly do any good defending and his crosses were similar to passes to the 12th player (a ghost) or the Fulham Keeper.

Drogba as good as he always is but isn't as effective as he is without fast and accurate support from the likes of Ashley Cole and Anelka. Salomon Kalou shows to be more of a offensive player then a supportive player compared to Anelka. Anelka on the other, with his experience, can do both ways.

From the start of the match we see Chelsea go down 0-1 to the visitors, and then some subs came in. Bringing the likes of Ivanovic and Ashley Cole and Daniel Sturridge. Once on the field, Ivanovic, replacing Paulo Ferreira immediately starts pressuring Fulham and you can see the right wing attacks from Fulham losing its effectiveness. Besides some wonderful and important sliding and headers to clear the line for Cech, did anyone notice? As much as Paulo Ferreira crossed in the match, they lead to nothing. Ivanovic had two crosses and and long quick pass. Two which lead to goals and one which almost killed Fulham as Salomon Kalou hits the bar... The differences? Pretty clear i guess...

Ashley also pressure the left wing which makes side play impossible for Fulham and they had to play center where Chelsea's Mid Field is famous for its capability to stop and counter.

However, on the bright side? Daniel Sturridge stun me, the first few times i see him play was just so so... but the day... he was amazing, fast and furious i would say, pushing and pressing Fulham as if he would die if he didn't win that match and yes, receiving the pass from Ivanovic, he sent it to the other side of the goal and Kalou shots it in which leaded to the own goal...

The match shows us that the young ones aren't consistant and we need some proper Forwards to come in...

A sms i received this morning suggested something pretty amazing, (i have sms alert on Chelsea's stuff.) this was what it read:-

2/1 Chelsea are poised to make a stunning GBP40m bid for Valencia star David Villa, who could be earning GBP 10m a-season at the Stamford Bridge.

Can someone tell me whether this is correct or just a joke?

Where can I comment?
