Sporting events are constantly flooded with shots of celebrities rooting for the Home Team. Have you ever asked yourself what celebrity roots for yours?

The Lakers have the likes of Jack Nicholson, Leonardo DiCaprio and Ice Cube.

The Knicks have directors Spike Lee and Woody Allen.

The Red Sox have Matt Damon and Ben Affleck.

The Yankees have Jay-Z and J-Lo.

But who do the Islanders have? We have the "Uptown Girl" and "E"!

Christie Brinkley is a blonde bombshell that is a lifetime CoverGirl and has appeared on hundreds of magazine covers. A glamorous model that made her way to the top from the tiny town of Monroe, Michigan; Brinkley became a hall of famer with the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Magazine.

She was then swept off her feet by our very own Levittown bred "Piano Man". Rumor still has it that Joel wrote the 1983 success Uptown Girl for Brinkley.

Brinkley is constantly seen at Islanders games. She did some promotions for the Isles after being seen at the Coliseum on the regular. Her article on the Isles was even featured on NHL.com. I still remember catching a glimpse of Brinkley wearing nothing but an Isles jersey and holding a hockey stick in one of the promos. SCORE!!!

And then there was "E"...

Kevin Connolly, of HBO's Entourage is also a diehard Islander fan. I even saw his at the rink on opening night vs. the Penguins. A Long Islander himself, Kevin played Ryan Malone on the WB series "Unhappily Ever After" and then he starred alongside Denzel Washington in John Q and Ryan Gosling in The Notebook.

But it wasn't till Eric "E" Murphy was created that Connolly received recognition as a Hollywood Star. HBO's Entourage became a hit, and "E" was it!

Connolly constantly represents the Boys in Orange and Blue on the show. His character can be seen wearing Isles Hats and Isles T-Shirts. Even his character's computer at work was spotted with Islanders screen saver. HE'S TRUE TO HIS ROOTS!!!

Christie Brinkley and Kevin Connolly have both been a part of ceremonial puck drops at the Nassau Coliseum. They continue to be seen at games and are constantly making us proud.

But who's our #1 Celebrity Fan?
