Does Messi Deserve The Golden Ball ?

Lionel Messi won the Golden Ball as European player of the year on a Monday night,

easily outdistancing his closest rival, Cristiano Ronaldo, and beaming the first

Argentine to win the award.

Messi earned 473 points and Ronaldo 233, few expected Messi to win the award,

''Messi told the Magazine'', '' But i did'nt expect to win "". All the players who won this

award were great players, and some great players never won it.

Although Cristiano Ronaldo did'nt win the award, but he finished in second place,

because of his effort and wonderful attacking. But many ask, ''Does Messi deserve it ?''

I ca'nt answer this question, but the results can. Although i'm a Barca fan,but i believe 

that Ronaldo deserves it, but looking at Messi's results in the Spanish and Champions

league, i changed my belief. In the spanish league, Messi played better last year, but

this does not mean that he's not playing wonderfully, for he scored 9 goals. In the

champions league, he's playing well, he's putting much effort into reaching his main ,

goal this year, which is winning the Champions league and becoming the player of the

year.

All know that Messi is a wonderful player, for this is not his first award, he won almost

everything last year, the Spanish League, the Copa del Rey, and most importantly,

the Champions League.

Almost all of the football watchers and specially the Barcelona fans, love Lionel

Messi, and believe in his wonderful skills.
