Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Steeler Nation
I will never forget the day I heard the Cleveland Browns were losing their team. Art Modell (I don't care if I spelled it wrong. It is not worth looking up!) was moving the team to Baltimore. There would be no more Browns, at least not our hated rivals. They were moving to Baltimore, and becoming the Ravens.
My heart actually broke for you all. I could not imagine losing the Steelers, and let's be honest, as much as it pains me to say, Steelers fans and Browns fans feel the same way about their teams. Total, blind loyalty.
I remember Browns fans coming to Pittsburgh to watch the Steelers the first time they played the Ravens. They were baptised with Iron City. Until they once again had their team, they would pull for the Steelers.
You can all deny it if you would like, but we know the truth.
Then, you got your team back. It was almost as much of an insult as losing the other one. They were a joke of a franchise, and even though they have made the playoffs once since returning to the NFL, it was a loss to, who else, the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Sure, you hated us. And honestly, who could blame you? While your team has seen its fair share of insanity, the Steelers, as always, have been successful.
Not only did you have to watch your original team win the Super Bowl, but you had to watch the Steelers win two more. Since their return to the NFL, the Steelers have won more Super Bowls than the Browns have HAD playoff games.
The rivalry has even been considered a joke. Pittsburgh had won, what, 37 consecutive games against the Browns? Every announcer made it clear that this would not again be a rivalry until the Browns could beat the Steelers when it counted. When they would defeat the Steelers, and actually hurt them.
Well, even though some people thought that that day would never come, it is here.
Cleveland defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers, to drop their record to 6-7, and basically end any chance of Pittsburgh making the playoffs. The rivalry is back, and so is the hatred that Steeler Nation has for the Browns.
Welcome back to the rivalry. We HATE you!
