Offensive coordinator Kevin Gilbride, or as some would like to call him Kevin kill-drive, has shown time and time again how predictable his play calling is.

I know he has a super bowl ring, but it wasn't the offense per say that got us there it was our aggressive defense, and team unity that won us the championship, so calling him a offensive mastermind would be like calling JaMarcus Russell a pro bowl quarterback.

Lets start with the defense. with Antonio pierce being sideline for the remainder of the regular season this would be a good time to at least give Jonathan Goff a shot at the mlb spot. chase is not the long term answer, so why not see how he can perform in a limited roll.

Danny Clark is extremely slow and inn effective, so why not let Clint sintim get a chance as well. we need a fast physical linebacker at the strong side, and with his physical gifts and pass rushing skills why not? we need youth and athleticism at these positions and need to address that.

How about the secondary?  Loosing Kenny Phillips was a HUGE loss. even on his bum knee in the first game he had two interceptions. the lack of a play maker at safety has realy shown how vulnerable we are to the deep passes, and all passes for that matter.

Ross missed the first 9 games, and is still slowly progressing. don't get me started on C.C.Brown, or Michael Johnson, they have given up numerous plays that shouldn't have happened, and alot of that comes from the lack of pressure on the Quarter back. which brings me to my next point

The D-Line, Sheridan needs to stop dropping lineman back into coverage its ridiculous. how is a defensive end supposed to cover a tight end or receiver? it makes no sense.

We have barely any pass rush at this point which is giving the other teams receivers more time to get open and making our secondary extra vulnerable. What ever happened to this 5-1-5 scheme that Sheridan was supposed to implement? haven't seen it once this season. let our ends do what they do. rush!!! not cover!!

Bernard was a bust, Cofield and Robbins are no where near the caliber they were at two years ago, and Jay Alford's injury is hurting us more than we thought it would. Canty is just coming off his own set of injuries, so what do the giants have to do?

Ill tell you, get rid of Kevin Gillbride, hire Charlie Weiss!!!! i know its a long shot, but look what he did for the pats and especially Tom Brady. he could do wonders with Eli and all his weapons such as Manningham, Smith, Nicks, and hopefully soon Barden. He will bring this offense back to its top form.

Secondly get rid of Bill Sheridan. I thought they should have promoted mike wauffle to the defensive coordinator to be honest with you but hey what do i no?

All i no is drastic changes need to be made, and soon, but the Giants don't let go of people mid season, so sorry fellow giants fans we are going to have to deal with it for the rest of the year. Hey at least we will get a half way decent draft pick next year!!!!! that's the best thing to look forward to now
