The USA Today is taking a look at NFL tailgates across the country…and if they’re compliant with “recommended” policies set forth by the NFL.  Most aren’t (surprise), and the NFL is thinking about toughening their guidelines.

Namely, around the amount of hours tailgaters are allows to inhabit parking lots before NFL games.

Some agree with the NFL’s attempt to limit hours and subsequent binge boozing.  Others (namely, those boozing)….not so much.

We discuss the implications.
