1. Texas 11-0

Texas now knows they’ll face Nebraska in the Big 12 Title game, but they cant look past this week.

Next: Texas A&M

 

2. Florida 11-0

I’m not sure why they even scheduled this game; their second string would provide a more difficult challenge.

Next: Florida State

 

3. Alabama 11-0

Just like Florida, Alabama should be ashamed of scheduling this game.

Next: Auburn

 

4. TCU 11-0

This team just keeps playing good football.

Next: New Mexico

 

5. Cincinnati 10-0

The Bearcats had better not over look The Zooker.

Next: Illinois

6. Georgia Tech 10-1

The Ramblin Wreck wants to make UGA know who’s king of the Peach State.

Next: Georgia

 

7. Pittsburgh 9-1

Throw the records out the window it’s time to brawl.

Next: West Virginia

 

8. Boise State 11-0

Boise gets one last chance to impress the BCS committee.

Next: Nevada

 

9. Ohio State 10-2

The Buckeyes are in the clubhouse waiting for their showdown with the Ducks.

Next: Oregon (Rose Bowl)

 

10.  Oregon 9-2

It’s time for the civil war, and the ducks need to play better than they did last week to win.

Next: Oregon State

 

11.  Oklahoma State 9-2

How sweet would a win over rival Oklahoma be after the year the Cowboys have had.

Next: Oklahoma

 

12. Iowa 10-2

They won an ugly game and now wait to see if they can get a BCS at large bid

13. Penn State 10-2

The Nittany Lions looked very impressive during their 42-14 win

14. Virginia Tech 8-3

It wasn’t the season they hoped for but a win over The Cavaliers changes that.

15.   BYU 9-2

The showdown for second place should be a good one.

Next: Utah

 

16. Navy 8-3

This should be a easy win for Navy this week.

Next: Hawaii

 

17. Utah 9-2

If they want to get some respect they’ve got to get the win this week.

Next: BYU

 

18.  Clemson 8-3

The Gamecocks come calling this week.

Next: South Carolina

 

19. Nebraska 8-3

They get the Buffaloes this weekend before the showdown with Texas.

Next: Colorado

 

20.  Houston 9-2

Another 400-yard performance by Keenum last week should be matched by another this week.

Next: Rice

 

21.   USC 7-3

The Trojans need to get back on track this week.

Next: UCLA

 

22.   California 8-3

They got a big win over Stanford last week; this week should be less dramatic.

Next: Washington

 

23. Mississippi 8-3

The Rebels won a game that everyone is still scratching their heads about.

Next: Mississippi State

 

24. LSU 8-3

Les Miles has no idea what clock management is, they’d better learn quickly.

Next: Arkansas

 

25.  UNC 8-3

The Tar Heels have had a very impressive second half of the season.

Next: NC State
