Wright: I Ran A 4.09 40, Fastest Player In NFL History

Today I received an e-mail from former NFL wide receiver Alexander Wright regarding his 40 times. Some websites had rumors of him running a 4.0
9 40 yard dash and a 4.15 40 yard dash.
I sent this email to his website on Sunday
"Is it true that Alexander Wright ran a 4.09 40 yard dash, or is it true he
ran a 4.14, or are both of them rumors?"
The response came today.
"It is true. I ran both times!"

If this is true, and Wright is not lying, which I can't see why he would (He seems like a pretty decent guy), then it would make him the fastest player in NFL history.
