Red Horse Racing has announced that Justin Lofton will be competing in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series for the team in a third truck.

Lofton will drive the No. 7 RHR Toyota, with Lofton Cattle as a associate sponsor for the full 2010 season and they are looking for additional sponsorship for him.

The just crowned ARCA Re/Max Champion, will be bring along crew chief Mark Rette who will call all the shots on the No. 7 team.

Lofton's original plans were to run the Nationwide Series, knowing he had his family's cattle company for funding. But had only backing for 10-15 races in that series or have full-time backing in the Trucks.

Not only is Lofton tremendiously talented, but you know he's going to be quite the racer. He will realize running a full season in trucks will benefit him more than a partial schedule.

It allows him to not only run for the Championship, but also compete for the Rookie of the Year honors and he's ready to further his racing education in the Truck Series.

"I am very excited to be part of Red Horse Racing," Lofton said.

"This is a huge opportunity for me to join an impressive organization. I'm very thankful that I was able to bring Mark Rette with me, and I look forward to carrying the same success we ended this year with onto the Camping World Truck Series next year."

"It's a highly competitive series and I can't wait to start racing with those guys."

I like what I saw in this kid, in the few ARCA races I watched this year, and he's ready to move up but also will make a nice addition to the series.
