10) San Jose State (1-6)

That Cal Poly win is the only positive thing they’ve got to hold on to this season.

9)  College Officials this week

The Big Ten officials at the OSU vs. PSU game on PSU’s only touchdown when Clark was clearly stopped, and once again the SEC Officials this time screwing LSU out of a clear interception against Alabama.

Apparently you need two legs, two arms, and Mike the Tiger all in bounds before the SEC refs think you’re in.

8)   Tulsa’s onside kick coverage

Guys when you know it’s coming you’ve got to cover the side it’s coming to. A great game by both teams, but a disappointing loss for Tulsa in the final seconds.

7) Washington State (1-8)

They Cougars should charge teams a consulting fee for helping get their opponents offenses’ back on track. They’ve been outscored 127-347 this year. Next up, UCLA.

6)  Miami Ohio (1-9)

This week they reverted back to their old self, look for that to continue. Next up, Bowling Green.

5) Ball State (1-8)

I wonder if they sneak Nate Davis onto the field if anyone would notice. Next up, Northern Illinois.

4) Western Kentucky (0-9)

I don’t think they’ll win a game this season, neither do they. Next up, Louisiana Monroe.

3) Eastern Michigan (0-9)

It’s pretty hard to give up 50-plus points in a game. The Eagles have done it in back-to-back weeks. Next up, Western Michigan.

2) New Mexico (0-9)

I bet the locker room is interesting at halftime. I wonder if they make defensive adjustments or reservations. Next up, BYU.

1) Rice (0-9)

The Owls were slacking this week and almost beat SMU. ... Shame on you Rice. Next up, Tulane.
