India vs. Australia Fifth ODI : AUSTRALIA WON THE TOSS AND ELECTED TO BAT

After leveling the series by 2-2, Australia seems to be in touch, but unfortunately almost half of the team was injured. Most of the SENIOR PLAYERS are not available for India Vs. Australia 5th ODI (Live Streaming)

Flash News: For Team India, Virat Kohli & Ishant were dropped from the final squad and Munaf Patel, Goutham Gambhir are back into the team.

Now the series is changed from 7 ODI to 3 ODI, bringing more excitement. India needs to win this match to cut their pressure for the next 2 ODI’s.

Australia, who won the last match, definitely is not in good position to win the match because of their injuries list. If India gets a good start then the chances of winning are high for them.

Shaun Marsh, an opening bats man who replaced Paine is not in great form. Manou, Ben Hilfenhaus, Doug Bollinger, Jon Holland, Clint McKay, Burt Cockley, Adam Voges all are very much new to the Indian pitches.

Strengths for Team Australia

For Team Australia, batting is bit weighty because of the superb form of Captain Ricky Ponting, 4th ODI man of the match boy Shane Watson, Mike Hussey, and Cameron White are in good touch with the bat.

Ricky Ponting with fantastic batting & fielding leading the Aussies team, boosting his team mates to fight for the win. The 4th ODI is one big match where you can see the outstanding fielding performance of Ricky Ponting.

All-worries for Aussies

That’s bowling, three main bowlers at first it is Lee, and then Hopes, Moises Henriques and Siddel missed the rest of the series with injuries. Australia will have a debutant bowler in either Holland or McKay.

Strengths for Team India

For India is giving very good performance, the two matches they won are one ended but the other two match they lost are almost close to both teams.

Indian Cricket got more grief that they have not lost the match with full strength Aussies, but half strength.

Team India: Weak Middle-Order & Superb Tail-Enders

For India Verinder Sehwag, who is giving a good start with batting is unable to kick the big bang. India is having very good batting strength from 1-5 but after, next generation players are lacking, Jadeja, Kohli, Raina have not succeeded much in the series.

Kohli is not at all an impressive series so far. Raina & Jadeja did better than the above in the first three ODI’s.

For tail-enders, Harbhajan Singh and Praveen Kumar are performing like a matured top-order batsmen.

The Master Blaster who is near to reach the Milestone of 14,000 runs got out and missed the chance in 4th ODI, But it would be on the 5th ODI at Hyderabad.

Dhoni has performed well so far in the series, Yuvraj is also knocking good hits. Gambhir has to get his form back; he has not scored much in the series.
