It wasn't pretty, but the Miami Dolphins were able to pull off the two-game sweep of the New York Jets in 2009 with a 30-25 victory over their division rival in Week Eight.

The Dolphins offense sputtered all game, but big plays gave Miami a victory as Jason Taylor returned a fumble for a touchdown and Ted Ginn, Jr. returned two kickoffs for touchdowns.

At 3-4, the Dolphins are not in ideal position to make a playoff run, but are not dead either. They play the AFC East-leading New England Patriots in Week Nine, and a Miami upset could catapult the Dolphins back into legitimate contention.
