  • Shemy is suing Bo's third wife : Glen "Shemy" Schembechler III Bo's son is suing Kathryn Schembechler, his father's third wife, in federal court Monday in Columbus, Ohio. The lawsuit alleges that Kathryn Schembechler, of Boca Grande, Fla., is not providing Glenn Schembechler with quarterly statements about the trust that he's entitled to. The lawsuit says at least $75,000 is involved.
  • Someone might need a pound of grandma's nut butter! Michigan offensive lineman Mark Ortmann is seen during the Illinois game taking some type of action in the lower region of Illinois defender Corey Liuget. RR had this to say at his presser on Monday: "Yeah, I did," Rodriguez said. "I wasn't aware of that until last night, and I watched all the angles that we had, and you couldn't see anything on the football copy. And then I watched the Internet thing. I met with Mark this morning. He was upset that a lot of folks were telling him that it was a cheap shot, or what have you. And then he explained to me: 'Coach, I just had an open hand. He was leaning up against me. Their players were even saying, telling him to get off me.' And he just kind of shoved him away real quick. "Mark, he's a great young man. I'm sure when the guy was leaning on him or something, he just wanted him to get off him at the time. I don't think that should be an issue there." The Big Ten is looking into it and could suspend Mark. I hope they also look into the officiating during the game, as well.
  • There are some rumblings that former Michigan recruit, Florida Commit then Tennessee signee, Nu'Keese Richardson might be looking to transfer . He was not at practice on Sunday.
  • Seems Purdue is having a hard time catching the ball. Purdue's Head Coach Danny Hope: "There were nine (drops), which is a lot,” Hope said. “I believe there were eight or nine drops on Joey’s 23 throws, so 35 or 40 percent of the balls he threw. That’s tough to establish an offense that way.”

  • The forecast on Saturday is a high of 55 degrees, and partly cloudy. Michigan is favored by 3.5 points.
