Hello Sports Fans, I'm back!

It's time for another edition Oakland Insider!

I have once sentence for you Oakland Raiders: It's Do or Die Time!

The Raiders have played this year with a TWO-FACE (from Batman) mentality.  One day you see a team with heart and passion, going into a game with the fire to regain there stake in the NFL great teams.  Other days you see one of the worst teams to lace up shoes and step on the field.  This isn't anything new to state so lets get to the meat and potato's.

1st: Cable, you must be a man and not a coward!  If J-Russ comes out in his half assed state of mind and starts to give the game away like usual, pull his ass.  Sooner than later.  His mistakes can, will, and have cost us enough games!  Do you think that any great coach would allow this to happen for so long?  NOT A CHANCE.  Give the Raiders whatever it takes to win, not bring in Grad after we are so far behind we have little to no chance of recovery.

2nd: Offense, Run, Run, Run, while tossing the short passes and make some room.  Take a long bomb once in a while to excite the team and move the D back but only when we can move the ball consistantly otherwise it doesn't work. Even if we get down by 7 or even 14 don't be afraid to run it down there throat and tire them out, the game lasts 60 mins not 10.

3rd: Defence, Play Football the way Seymore guides you to play!  Listen to him and check yourself before you hit the field.  There is so much talent on that damn D I can't stand to see them get worked because they get let down by the O and give up!  NO QUITERS!  Press the QB to make mistakes and fill gaps like they are flooding into New Orleans!

Heres the deal:  It's Do or Die for 2009.  This is the game that will either be the turn around spot for the Raiders or the solidifing fact that they will be a huge disappointment again this year.

No, playing the Chargers tough and "almost" winning isnt the turn around.  The Oakland Raiders MUST win!  No Moral victories, they don't exsist!  The reason the score is kept is because winning DOES matter.

Get focused and show the NFL what you can do or pack your bags and enjoy another dismal season!  Lets go RAIDERS!  You can do it!

ps Note to Russell:  Remember what the Silver and Black stand for...  Commitment to Excellence, remember and do it!
