Arsenal-Tottenham: Arsenal To Take On Spuds

Muhammad Umar JawedCorrespondent IOctober 30, 2009

Time to take out some trash and time to bring the deluded circus that operates nearby the Arsenal back to where they belong. 'Arry and Robbie love to talk, and I hope the team shuts them up for a while. It's Spud time again in the Premier League, a derby which is filled with probably the most hatred between the fans.

And that definitely transfers on to the players. So hope we get a terrific game of football, but we are hoping for only one result.

We were disappointed at the gifting of two points to West Ham in the last match, but hope the team learns quickly and get this result and the tendency out of their system. This game is by no means going to be a walk in the park, because during such derbies, form goes out of the window. Spurs are a decent team, but there are a lot of deficiencies to be exploited.

Injury news are quite encouraging as we have our entire first team back and kicking except Denilson. Rosicky is expected to be fit for this one. Nasri and Eduardo had good game time against Pool as well. I expect the team that started against WHU to start, only with the exception of Rosicky in place of Eboue.

The team should look to play a high tempo game as during the last time Spurs visited Emirates. Spurs too will look to break with pace on the counter, so it is imperative that we defend as a team and the whole team tracks back to help out. Lennon is a doubt and if he does not play they will have less pace which is good for us.

It's been a year since we beat our glorified neighbours, and I am seriously hoping that the team puts things in order.

Possible Team (Gunners)

If Rosicky is available, im also hoping Nasri starts. Then we'd have our FULL STRENGTH first team... But even now, the line up looks a long shot

Hoping for

The Arena

Emirates stadium with a capacity of 60,000 and a Real and Artificial Grass.

I think we will win this one 2-1 but I hope we thump them properly.
