Put aside all the disappointment that the first team caused against West Ham and enjoy the performance of our highly rated youngsters who come up against an illustrious opponent in Liverpool.

Carling Cup is the competition, and a good scouser side are the opponents who overall will be buoyed by the result against Utd.

Luke Ayling is out with a back injury. Senderos is fit. There are no injuries to any players, but Rosicky just might be included in the squad. Denilson and Walcott are well short of full fitness.

Team selection would be interesting on both sides. Wilshere, Ramsey, Senderos, Silvestre, Gibbs, and Vela will certainly start. Additionally, I expect Coquelin and either of Bendtner/Eduardo and Merida to play.

I don't believe either of Gerrard, Torres or Carragher will play. Mascherano is suspended anyways. We will have a certain mix of experience and youth.

IMO, we should just sit back and enjoy the match and not worrying too much about the winner of the match. The result can frankly go to any side even though we are at home. I feel particularly excited to watch the young talent within our ranks, because they play good, fast, attacking football. Hoping Arsenal win this one.

The Arena

The match is scheduled at the Emirates Stadium.The stadium was opened on 22 July, 2006.It can hold up to 60,432 fans.The surface is Real and Artificial Grass Mix.

The Possible Teams

The Reds;

- -------------------Cavalieri--------------------

Babel--------------------------------Don Fabio
-------------------Danny boy--------------------

*Danny boy - Daniel Pacheco.
*EggNog - N'Gog.

Gunners : Since we have a pretty good bench strength now, especially in attack i wish to see this line-up

Nasri to take a CDM role as trial.

Prediction : For me Gunners will win this 2-0
