The Zips make the list with their only win being against Morgan State (FCS). Next: Northern Illinois.

9) Washington State (1-6)

The Cougars only win is against SMU in overtime. Next: Notre Dame

8) Ball State (1-7)

They got a win on the season but they’re not off the list quite that easy. Next: Ohio

7) Illinois (1-6)

Zook being on the hot seat is an understatement. Next: Michigan

6) North Texas (1-6)

Troy dropped 50 on them last week, this week it’s easier. Next: Western Kentucky

5) Western Kentucky (0-7)

They got drilled 62-24 by Blue Raiders last week. Next: North Texas

4) Eastern Michigan (0-7)

Eastern came up short against the Cardinals this time. Next: Arkansas

3) Miami, Ohio (0-8)

At least they’re close losses, too bad they’re still losses. Next: Toledo

2) New Mexico (0-7)

UNLV got their first and probably only win against the Lobos last week. Next: San Diego State

1) Rice (0-8)

They actually got a pity clap from the home crowd when they scored their only touchdown last week. Next: SMU
