Tony Grimes and Clarence Murphy Could Be Package Deal for Michigan
"I am very interested in Michigan—even more since they offered Clarence recently," Tony Grimes said .
"I visited there last summer and got to see everything first-hand. I like the coaching staff and the players were very friendly to me. That coaching staff came in from West Virginia and I think they have gotten accustomed to being at Michigan now. They are doing well right now."
"I have a great relationship with the coaches and we talk pretty often about what could happen for me at Michigan. Clarence and I will be visiting Michigan in November for the Ohio State game."
While Michigan fans are familiar with Grimes, they may not be as familiar with his three-star DE teammate Clarence Murphy. He is a 6'3", 230 pound DE with 4.6 speed. Murphy was excited, to say the least, upon receiving a Michigan offer.
"I got a phone call from our DB coach and he told me that he was just on the phone with the (Michigan) coaches and told me I had that offer," Murphy said. "That moment, I was really speechless because it was something that we were waiting for. Me and Tony—we plan on going to college together. It felt pretty good to be able to get a big offer like that."
The Wolverines' chances to land both look really good.

"They're still in the same place," Grimes said. "Michigan will always be on the top of the board."
And Murphy had previously said: "If I get an offer from Michigan—he tells me that's what he wants to do."
But despite the good news, the duo is taking their time with the decision-making process.
