Bantamweight contenders Damacio Page & Takeya Mizugaki have agreed to fight on December 19 at The Pearl at The Palms in Las Vegas, Nevada; mixing up the already stacked 135 pound weight class.

"The Angel of Death" Damacio Page has terrorized the Bantamweight Division since his WEC debut in 2008; his only loss to current WEC Bantamweight kingpin Brian Bowles. Six of his fights have ended via his heavy hands and another five have come by way of a submission. In his last outing he demolished Will Campuzano before submitting him with a Rear Naked Choke only 1 minute and 2 seconds into the First Round.

His opponent, Takeya Mizugaki is a veteran of the Shooto & GCM Promotions in Japan sporting an 11-2-2 record. However he was relatively unknown to the American audience before his bout with the then seemingly-unstoppable Champion, Miguel Torres. Mizugaki took Torres the full twenty-five minutes before losing a Unanimous Decision. Seven of his wins have come via a Decision with four Knock Outs & one Submission to his name also. In his last outing he won a questionable Split Decision to Jeff Curran.

Both of these men are known to have substantial power in their hands and have great chins to go along with it, put that all together and what do you have? A war set for December and if either can pull out a victory in impressive fashion that will put them right at the front of the cue for the undefeated Brian Bowles.

Also slated in for this card is the return of Donald Cerrone; looking to bounce back from his questionable Unanimous Decision to Ben Henderson. He faces heavy handed Ed Ratcliff who has won three of his four WEC appearances and sports a 7-1 overall record.
