Neymar Questions PSG's Lucas Moura Sale Ahead of Tottenham Transfer
Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar has said he disagrees with the club's decision to sell Lucas Moura, who is reportedly set to sign for Tottenham Hotspur on Wednesday.
Brazil international Lucas has struggled to make an impression at PSG this season, with his compatriot's arrival in the summer providing even tougher competition in the final third.
Even so, when asked for his opinion on the transfer after PSG's Coupe de la Ligue semi-final win over Rennes on Tuesday, Neymar admitted he wasn't happy to see his friend on the move, per Get French Football News:
"I am sad because he is a good friend, a quality player who was used very little. I think it is very unfair, he is my brother in football, I wish him all the best.
"No matter what his destination is, I hope that he will score a lot and be back in the Brazilian national team. … He is a friend, he is someone with a lot of quality, and here he could have been used a lot more, I am sure of it. But I am not the owner of the team, nor the owner of PSG. For me, he should never be leaving Paris."

As reported by Sky Sports News, Lucas has completed his medical ahead of a possible switch to Spurs.
Football writer Jonathan Johnson stated earlier in the season that Neymar's arrival in Paris was one of the reasons Lucas stayed beyond the summer:
While Neymar is disappointed to see his friend move on, there's no denying that Lucas' career is in need of some fresh stimulation.
At the Parc des Princes he's yet to start a game in Ligue 1 this season, getting just 72 minutes of top-flight football under his belt. With so many attacking stars available to manager Unai Emery, it's tough to see how he forces his way back into contention.
Ultimately, he has failed to reach the heights so many expected he would when he arrived in Paris in 2013, although the Brazil Stats Twitter account put his performances last season into some context:
The comments from Neymar are unlikely to quell speculation about his own position in Paris, as rumours continue to rumble on that he might be on his way out of the club.
According to L'Equipe (h/t Sport), the former Barcelona man regrets making the move to Ligue 1, with Real Madrid said to be monitoring the player's position ahead of a potential transfer.
However, PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi recently told L'Equipe (h/t Zinny Boswell of Sky Sports) he was "2,000 per cent" sure Neymar would stay at the club this summer.
