Game Recap

June 05, 2008

Wednesday night, Tony Stewart put on a driving clinic at the race track he owns, Eldora Speedway.

Stewart led all 30 laps of the charity event, beating Robby Gordon to the finish line by 1.502 Seconds.

"After crashing out last year, I was bound and determined that I was going to run better," said Stewart, after last year's frustrating 22nd finish.

The Prelude to The Dream was available on HBO with all proceeds going to the Victory Junction Gang. This race is extremely unique because it is an invitation only race for all-stars, and is raced on dirt.

If you missed the action, SPEED will be re-airing the race in the near future.
