Yes, I know there is still Martinsville to race on Sunday, but Dale Earnhardt, Jr. has never won there. He has a second place finish in 2006 to YOU KNOW WHO, Jimmie Johnson.

Jr. Nation Fans, Get Ready! Dale Jr. has FIVE wins at the wild and crazy Talladega Superspeedway in Central Alabama.

In fact, Dale Jr. won an unprecedented FOUR races in a row at the 2.66 mile Oval that is host to "The Big One".

All of Dale Jr's wins came with D.E.I. and they were known to have THE plate motor at the time.

Lets take a look at what Dale Jr. has accomplished at the "Spooky" Talladega.

In 2001, Dale Jr. won the EA Sports 500 and along with it, a $1,000,000.00 No Bull Bonus from Winston.

In 2002, he won not only the Aaron's 499 in the spring, he also won another EA Sports 500 in the Fall.

2003 saw Dale Jr. take another checkered flag at the Aaron's 499 for an unheard of Four races in a row at what at one time was THE fastest track in ALL of Nascar!

Dale Jr. didn't stop there, he came back in 2004 and won another EA Sports 500 in the fall.

Remember, ALL of these wins came in the Red Budweiser No.8. and everyone said he was a Plate motor driver until he Shut them up with a win at Phoenix International Raceway in the Fall.

Dale Jr. has 18 wins in Nascar's Premier Series, so that shows that over 30 Percent of them have come at Talladega.

If there EVER was a time for Dale Jr. to shine, it's NEXT WEEK! He could make things much easier on Himself and give his Loving Fan's something to really yell about.

A win at Hallo-Dega would quiet all the conspiracy theories about Hendrick Motor Sports not giving him the same equipment that Jimmie, Jeff and Mark get.

The stage is set. Bobby Allison almost went into the stands over Twenty years ago and Carl Edward's crash in the spring race forced Talladega to beef up and raise the height of the catch fencing.

I have NO DOUGHT he can drive a race car, it's the Car Of Tomorrow that has him with only one win since leaving D.E.I.

Come On Jr., Talladega is "Your House", so please, don't let us DOWN!
