The announcement that Lukasz Fabianski and Manuel Almunia are both relatively fit has ensured Arsene Wenger has a big choice of who to play between the sticks.

After Lukasz Fabianski pick up an injury before the season had begun and Manuel Almunia suffering a chest infection after Arsenal encountered Manchester City, Vito Mannone was given the Premier League and European role whilst teenager Wojciech Szczensy was given the League Cup keeper birth.

But now Wenger has four talented keepers who are fit, so who goes where, who should Arsene Wenger pick as first choice keeper.

Manuel Almunia

Prior to the start of the 2009-2010 season, Manuel Almunia was considered Arsenal's first choice keeper. Over the last couple of years, the Spanaird has been a reliable source in between the sticks.

However, the first few month's of 2009-2010 season have been disappointing for the Spaniard. Prior to his injury the 31-year-old had been far from impressive. His performance against Manchester United and City were both below par, the Spaniard made to many vital errors.

But the former Celtico Vigo man has experience on his side and despite his lack of recent form, Almunia is a very capable keeper who is strong under the high ball and blessed with fast reactions.

Lukasz Fabianski

Before a serious injury kicked in the Polish keeper was Arsenal deputy keeper. Last season Fabianski was granted some serious Premier League and European experience. Despite the Poland international having a few shaky moments, it was evident Fabianski had the potential to become a solid, consistent keeper for the Gunners.

However the 24-year-old has just returned from injury and may need some time in the League Cup to re establish is form and confidence.

Vito Mannone

Before this season had even begun, nobody saw Vito Mannone as much of a keeper. Many felt that Wojciech Szczensy was much better, and when he was given his first start of the season, that claim seemed to becoming more and more evident. After conceding two goals in five minutes during Arsenal's Champions League encounter with Standard Liege, many believed Mannone should be dropped.

But then a simply outstanding performance against Fulham opened everybody's eyes. After pulling of a number of phenomenal saves, the 21-year-old ensured Fulham would not find the back of the net and Arsenal would take all three points.

Since then the Italian has been a solid figure whilst the absence of Almunia and Fabianski took place.

Wojciech Szczensy

Highly touted 19-year-old Szczensy  will no doubt have a lengthy career as a top keeper. The Polish shot stopper is tall, blessed with great hands and reaction and is also a born leader.

Having made his debut this season in the League Cup, many could tell Szczensy has brilliant future. However Szczensy is still at a tender age and Wenger would not like to rush the youngster, the Frenchmen would rather keep him playing Cup and reserve football this season.

So who do you believe should be first choice keeper?
