Barcelona Reportedly Will Alert UEFA If Neymar Buyout Clause Activated by PSG
Barcelona will report Paris Saint-Germain if they trigger Neymar's release clause as they chase the Brazilian icon, according to Sam Marsden of ESPN FC.
Marsden noted the Camp Nou giants will complain about PSG to UEFA for breaching financial fair play rules if they attempt to complete the capture of the forward by paying his €222 million (£196 million) buyout.
Barca do not want the player to exit as he considers his immediate future, and the transfer would shatter the current record.

With the full deal including vast wages, the Blaugrana believe PSG will be flouting FFP regulations and will ask the European governing body to look into where the French side found the funds, per Marsden.
UEFA found PSG were guilty of breaking FFP rules in 2014, and it will be watching as the Neymar deal unfolds.
French outlet L'Equipe (h/t Sport) reported PSG have given Neymar until next week to decide if he will exit the Catalan team this summer.
