Barcelona Transfer News: Ousmane Dembele Reportedly Wanted by PSG, Fresh Rumours
Barcelona will face competition from Paris Saint-Germain this summer in the race to sign Ousmane Dembele from Borussia Dortmund, and the Ligue 1 club are said to have held talks with his representatives.
That's according to L'Equipe (h/t Marca), and Sport Witness provided the French newspaper's cover:

PSG are believed to have moved on to Dembele from Arsenal's Alexis Sanchez and AS Monaco's Kylian Mbappe after struggling to make headway in signing either player.
The 20-year-old had an incredible first season with BVB after his move from Rennes, as he contributed 10 goals and 21 assists while playing a variety of roles.
He made numerous appearances on both the left and the right flanks, as well as playing as a No. 10 for much of the campaign.
Per Squawka Football, he has shown tremendous ability with both feet in Ligue 1 and the Bundesliga over the last two seasons:
Meanwhile, football journalist Rafael Hernandez has been impressed with his performances in big games:
Indeed, he played a significant role in Dortmund winning the DFB-Pokal this year, playing every match and making vital contributions from the quarter-finals onwards.
A goal and an assist against Bayern Munich in the semi followed an assist against Sportfreunde Lotte in the previous round, and he also scored in the final against Eintracht Frankfurt.
He would make a superb signing for Barca either to provide cover for their front three or to play alongside them—if coach Ernesto Valverde is prepared to play him as a No. 10 or move Lionel Messi into that position.
PSG's interest complicates matters, though, because of their financial superiority. Barcelona might be more tempting because of their size and prestige, but Dortmund aren't going to let him leave for anything less than an enormous sum.

Meanwhile, Turkish outlet Milliyet (h/t Marca) reported Arda Turan could be set to join Besiktas for €30 million this summer.
Barcelona are said to be looking for a buyer, and provided they and Turan are both happy with any offers that come in, he will be leaving. Besiktas are seemingly prepared to give him €5 million per year.
The Turkey international bagged 13 goals and seven assists in 1,847 minutes last season, contributing one or the other every 92 minutes on average.
He is yet to convince Grup 14's Diana Kristinne, however:
Yahoo Sport's Andrew Gaffney was impressed with the 30-year-old last term, though:
While he may not have been able to secure a key role at the Camp Nou, Turan is an excellent player and could still provide several years of good service to any club he signs for this summer.
A return to his home country could allow him to reignite his career, and he would be a cut above most of the players in the Super Lig, so he would be a strong signing by Besiktas.
