Welcome to the best time of the year Sports Fans. Here is where I will tell you who I think you should start or who I think you should sit for your fantasy team. This year, I will give you your obvious must starts (guys you start every week no matter who they play), a few players from each position who you should start, a sleeper start em’, and a must sit em’.

Also, I will be giving projections for those players. Enough talk, let’s get down to business!

For more help, don’t forget to join me for my weekly Sunday Morning Start Em’/Sit Em’ Chat from 10:45am to 12:45pm. Go to www.Sportmeisters.com for more info.

QB Obvious Must Starts

Peyton Manning – IND vs. TEN – Projection: 325 Yards, 3 TD, 0 INT

Tom Brady – NE vs. DEN – Projection: 255 Yards, 2 TD, 1 INT

Kurt Warner – ARI vs. HOU – Projection: 275 Yards, 2 TD, 1 INT

QB Start Em’

Ben Roethlisberger – Pittsburgh Steelers vs. DET – Big Ben has himself a monster matchup this week against the 25th ranked pass defense of the Detroit Lions. Start Em’. Projection: 250 Yards, 2 TD, 0 INT

Brett Favre – Minnesota Vikings vs. STL – St. Louis will try and focus on Adrian Peterson and that will leave Favre to air it out. He should torch their 19th ranked pass defense. Start Em’. Projection: 275 Yards, 2 TD, 0 INT

Donovan McNabb – Philadelphia Eagles vs. TB – McNabb comes back from injury this week and he couldn’t ask for a better matchup. He faces the 17th ranked pass defense of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Start Em’. Projection: 275 Yards, 3 TD, 0 INT

Matt Hasselbeck – Seattle Seahawks vs. JAX – After a few weeks out with an injury, it looks like Hasselbeck will play this week. He should find success against the 31st ranked pass defense of the Jacksonville Jaguars, but check his injury status before the game to make sure. Sleeper Start Em’. Projection: 250 Yards, 2 TD, 1 INT

QB Sit Em’

Kyle Orton – Denver Broncos vs. NE – Orton hasn’t been bad, but hasn’t been spectacular from a fantasy standpoint with just five touchdowns in four games. This week he goes against the seventh ranked pass defense of the New England Patriots. Sit Em’. Projection: 175 Yards, 1 TD, 1 INT

Eli Manning – New York Giants vs. OAK – The matchup in itself is a great one against the 11th ranked pass defense of the Oakland Raiders, but Eli has been battling a significant heel injury and may not play. Even if he does play, they will probably run the ball more and he will probably come out of the game in the second half. Sit Em’. Projection: 185 Yards, 2 TD, 1 INT

Derek Anderson – Cleveland Browns vs. BUF – Even though he played decent last week against Cincinnati, that doesn’t mean you should start him this week. Anderson is a very erratic QB and even though he faces the 21st ranked pass defense of the Buffalo Bills, but he has nobody to throw to after the trade of Braylon Edwards. Must Sit Em’. Projection: 185 Yards, 1 TD, 2 INT

RB Obvious Must Starts

Adrian Peterson – MIN vs. STL – Projection: 115 Yards Rushing, 1 TD, 2 Receptions, 20 Yards

Maurice Jones-Drew – JAX vs. SEA – Projection: 95 Yards Rushing, 1 TD, 4 Receptions, 35 Yards, 1 TD

Steven Jackson – STL vs. MIN – Projection: 70 Yards Rushing, 4 Receptions, 25 Yards

DeAngelo Williams – CAR vs. WAS – Projection: 90 Yards Rushing, 1 TD, 2 Receptions, 20 Yards

Chris Johnson – TEN vs. IND – Projection: 70 Yards Rushing, 1 TD, 3 Receptions, 25 Yards

RB Start Em’

Brandon Jacobs – New York Giants vs. OAK
