Welcome to the best time of the year Sports Fans. Here is where I will tell you who I think you should start or who I think you should sit for your fantasy team. This year, I will give you your obvious must starts (guys you start every week no matter who they play), a few players from each position who you should start, a sleeper start em’, and a must sit em’.

Also, I will be giving projections for those players. Enough talk, let’s get down to business!

For more help, don’t forget to join me for my weekly Sunday Morning Start Em’/Sit Em’ Chat from 10:45am to 12:45pm. Go to www.Sportmeisters.com for more info.

QB Obvious Must Starts

Peyton Manning – IND vs. TEN – Projection: 325 Yards, 3 TD, 0 INT

Tom Brady – NE vs. DEN – Projection: 255 Yards, 2 TD, 1 INT

Kurt Warner – ARI vs. HOU – Projection: 275 Yards, 2 TD, 1 INT

QB Start Em’

Ben Roethlisberger – Pittsburgh Steelers vs. DET – Big Ben has himself a monster matchup this week against the 25th ranked pass defense of the Detroit Lions. Start Em’. Projection: 250 Yards, 2 TD, 0 INT

Brett Favre – Minnesota Vikings vs. STL – St. Louis will try and focus on Adrian Peterson and that will leave Favre to air it out. He should torch their 19th ranked pass defense. Start Em’. Projection: 275 Yards, 2 TD, 0 INT

Donovan McNabb – Philadelphia Eagles vs. TB – McNabb comes back from injury this week and he couldn’t ask for a better matchup. He faces the 17th ranked pass defense of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Start Em’. Projection: 275 Yards, 3 TD, 0 INT

Matt Hasselbeck – Seattle Seahawks vs. JAX – After a few weeks out with an injury, it looks like Hasselbeck will play this week. He should find success against the 31st ranked pass defense of the Jacksonville Jaguars, but check his injury status before the game to make sure. Sleeper Start Em’. Projection: 250 Yards, 2 TD, 1 INT

QB Sit Em’

Kyle Orton – Denver Broncos vs. NE – Orton hasn’t been bad, but hasn’t been spectacular from a fantasy standpoint with just five touchdowns in four games. This week he goes against the seventh ranked pass defense of the New England Patriots. Sit Em’. Projection: 175 Yards, 1 TD, 1 INT

Eli Manning – New York Giants vs. OAK – The matchup in itself is a great one against the 11th ranked pass defense of the Oakland Raiders, but Eli has been battling a significant heel injury and may not play. Even if he does play, they will probably run the ball more and he will probably come out of the game in the second half. Sit Em’. Projection: 185 Yards, 2 TD, 1 INT

Derek Anderson – Cleveland Browns vs. BUF – Even though he played decent last week against Cincinnati, that doesn’t mean you should start him this week. Anderson is a very erratic QB and even though he faces the 21st ranked pass defense of the Buffalo Bills, but he has nobody to throw to after the trade of Braylon Edwards. Must Sit Em’. Projection: 185 Yards, 1 TD, 2 INT

RB Obvious Must Starts

Adrian Peterson – MIN vs. STL – Projection: 115 Yards Rushing, 1 TD, 2 Receptions, 20 Yards

Maurice Jones-Drew – JAX vs. SEA – Projection: 95 Yards Rushing, 1 TD, 4 Receptions, 35 Yards, 1 TD

Steven Jackson – STL vs. MIN – Projection: 70 Yards Rushing, 4 Receptions, 25 Yards

DeAngelo Williams – CAR vs. WAS – Projection: 90 Yards Rushing, 1 TD, 2 Receptions, 20 Yards

Chris Johnson – TEN vs. IND – Projection: 70 Yards Rushing, 1 TD, 3 Receptions, 25 Yards

RB Start Em’

Brandon Jacobs – New York Giants vs. OAK – The big boy has had back to back 92 Yard rushing games, but still only has one Touchdown. He should have his best game this week against the 26th ranked run defense of the Oakland Raiders. Start Em’. Projection: 100 Yards Rushing, 2 TD

Brian Westbrook – Philadelphia Eagles vs. TB – Westbrook is coming back from an injury and faces a monster matchup against the 30th ranked run defense of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers that makes him almost an obvious must start. Start Em’. Projection: 90 Yards Rushing, 1 TD, 5 Receptions, 40 Yards, 1 TD

Rashard Mendenhall – Pittsburgh Steelers vs. DET – Talk about taking advantage of your opportunities. Mendenhall ran for 165 yards and two touchdowns last week against San Diego and may top that this week against the 20th ranked run defense of the Detroit Lions. Start Em’. Projection: 125 Yards, 1 TD

Marion Barber and Tashard Choice – Dallas Cowboys vs. KC – Marion the Barbarian returns to the starting role this week, but Choice should still get his fair share of carries with Felix Jones out. They are both extremely strong plays against the 23rd ranked run defense of the Kansas City Chiefs. Start Em’ Both. Projections: Barber: 80 Yards Rushing, 1 TD, 3 Receptions, 20 Yards – Choice: 60 Yards Rushing, 1 TD, 5 Receptions, 35 Yards

Chris Wells – Arizona Cardinals vs. HOU – Wells has been nonexistent so far this year, but has a huge chance to break out after the bye week against the 29th ranked run defense of the Houston Texans. Sleeper Start Em’. Projection: 55 Yards Rushing, 1 TD

RB Sit Em’

Cedric Benson – Cincinnati Bengals vs. BAL – As good as Benson has been, I hate him this week against the best run defense in the NFL, the Baltimore Ravens. Must Sit Em’. Projection: 50 Yards Rushing

Kevin Smith – Detroit Lions vs. PIT – Smith played well last week despite a hurt shoulder. However, that was against Chicago and even though Chicago has a good run D (ranked tenth), they aren’t the third ranked run defense of the Pittsburgh Steelers. Sit Em’. Projection: 35 Yards Rushing, 5 Receptions, 35 Yards

Thomas Jones – New York Jets vs. MIA – Jones has averaged fewer than 15 carries for the past three weeks and has just 122 yards and one touchdown in those three games. This week he faces the second ranked run defense of the Miami Dolphins. Sit Em’. Projection: 35 Yards Rushing, 1 TD

Michael Bush and Justin Fargas – Oakland Raiders vs. NYG – No Darren McFadden means more carries for both these guys. However, they are facing the 19th ranked Run D of the New York Giants. Sit Em’ Both. Projections: Bush: 50 Yards Rushing – Fargas: 40 Yards Rushing, 2 Receptions, 10 Yards

WR Obvious Must Starts

Randy Moss – NE vs. DEN – Projection: 7 Receptions, 80 Yards, 1 TD

Andre Johnson – HOU vs. ARI – Projection: 8 Receptions, 100 Yards, 1 TD

Reggie Wayne – IND vs. TEN – Projection: 8 Receptions, 115 Yards, 1 TD

Calvin Johnson (Questionable) – DET vs. PIT – Projection: 6 Receptions, 75 Yards, 1 TD

WR Start Em’

Chad Ocho Cinco – Cincinnati Bengals vs. BAL – Ocho Cinco is Back! He has 17 Receptions for 258 yards and three touchdowns in four games this year. He has a great matchup vs. the 23rd ranked pass defense of the Baltimore Ravens and Cincinnati will have to throw since they won’t be able to run the ball. Start Em’. Projection: 7 Receptions, 75 Yards, 1 TD

DeSean Jackson – Philadelphia Eagles vs. TB – Even with Donovan McNabb out with an injury, Jackson had 10 receptions for 250 yards and two touchdowns with Kevin Kolb at QB. He comes off the bye week with McNabb back and facing the 17th ranked pass defense of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Start Em’. Projection: 6 Receptions, 100 Yards, 1 TD

Santonio Holmes and Hines Ward – Pittsburgh Steelers vs. DET – Even with a newfound running game, the Steelers will still have to throw the ball and when they do, Big Ben will be looking for his top two targets against the 25th ranked pass defense of the Detroit Lions. Start Em’ Both. Projections: Holmes: 5 Receptions, 65 Yards, 1 TD – Ward: 7 Receptions, 80 Yards, 1 TD

Pierre Garcon and Austin Collie – Indianapolis Colts vs. TEN – Another pair of receivers that have a great matchup this week. They face the worst pass defense in the NFL against the Tennessee Titans and, by the way, their QB is Peyton Manning. Sleeper Start Ems’. Projections: Garcon: 7 Receptions, 75 Yards – Collie: 5 Receptions, 55 Yards, 1 TD

WR Sit Em’

Santana Moss – Washington Redskins vs. CAR – Moss has had two straight weeks with a touchdown, but I don’t like his chances this week against the sixth ranked pass defense of the Carolina Panthers. Sit Em’. Projection: 4 Receptions, 60 Yards

Eddie Royal – Denver Broncos vs. NE – Royal has been almost non-existent in the Broncos Offense this year, catching just eight balls for 58 yards in four games. This week doesn’t look like the week for a breakout as he faces the seventh ranked pass defense of the New England Patriots. Sit Em’. Projection: 3 Receptions, 25 Yards

Ted Ginn Jr. – Miami Dolphins vs. NYJ – Here is another receiver that has not performed to expectations so far this season. Ginn has just 14 receptions for 138 yards and 31 rushing yards in four games. This week doesn’t look much better for him as he faces the fifth ranked pass defense of the New York Jets. Sit Em’. Projection: 2 Receptions, 25 Yards

Antonio Bryant – Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. WAS – He finally had a decent game last week against Washington, catching four balls for 44 yards and a touchdown. However, once again, he is playing with second year QB Josh Johnson and that terrible Buccaneers offense. Plus, they are facing the second ranked pass defense of the Philadelphia Eagles. Must Sit Em’. Projection: 2 Receptions, 20 Yards

TE Obvious Must Starts

Jason Witten – DAL vs. KC – Projection: 7 Receptions, 70 Yards, 1 TD

Tony Gonzalez – ATL vs. SF – Projection: 5 Receptions, 50 Yards, 1 TD

Dallas Clark – IND vs. TEN – Projection: 7 Receptions, 75 Yards, 1 TD

TE Start Em’

Owen Daniels – Houston Texans vs. ARI – Daniels had a down week last week, catching just two passes for 48 yards, but has 17 receptions for 202 yards and two touchdowns in four games. This week he faces the 30th ranked pass defense of the Arizona Cardinals. Start Em’. Projection: 5 Receptions, 40 Yards, 1 TD

Brent Celek – Philadelphia Eagles vs. TB – Celek has been a big surprise so far this season, catching 22 balls for 245 yards and two touchdowns in the first three games. Granted, the last two games were with Kevin Kolb at QB, but he still caught six balls for 37 yards and a touchdown in week one with McNabb. This week, he gets the 17th ranked pass defense of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Start Em’. Projection: 6 Receptions, 55 Yards, 1 TD

Dustin Keller – New York Jets vs. MIA – Keller has been a huge help to rookie QB Mark Sanchez so far this season, catching 12 passes for 171 yards and a touchdown in the first four games. The Jets added Braylon Edwards this week, but he doesn’t know the playbook and probably won’t be extremely active in the game plan.

Jerricho Cotchery also may miss the game with an injury, meaning more targets for Keller against the 24th ranked pass defense of the Miami Dolphins. Start Em’. Projection: 7 Receptions, 65 Yards, 1 TD

Vernon Davis – San Francisco 49ers vs. ATL – Davis has been the biggest surprise at the TE position so far this year. He has 17 receptions for 211 yards and three touchdowns in four games. This week he goes up against the 27th ranked pass defense of the Atlanta Falcons. Sleeper Start Em’. Projection: 5 Receptions, 60 Yards, 1 TD

TE Sit Em’

Zach Miller – Oakland Raiders vs. NYG – The Raiders Offense has been anemic thus far and Miller’s production has suffered. He has just 11 catches for 146 yards in four games and with no real No. 1 WR, he is getting double teamed. He suffered a concussion last week and may not play, but even if he does, he faces the best pass defense in the NFL in the New York Giants. Must Sit Em’. Projection: 2 Receptions, 20 Yards

Anthony Fasano – Miami Dolphins vs. NYJ – Fasano has been completely useless to fantasy owners so far this year with just four catches for 18 yards in four games. Now, he is playing with a second year QB in Chad Henne and is facing the fifth ranked pass defense of the New York Jets. Sit Em’. Projection: 1 Reception, 10 Yards

Kellen Winslow – Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. PHI – I really don’t like the Offense in Tampa. Winslow had just two catches for 21 yards last week with Josh Johnson at the helm and this week he faces the second ranked pass defense of the Philadelphia Eagles. Even though they will be throwing a lot, you have to Sit Em’. Projection: 3 Receptions, 30 Yards, 1 TD

D/ST Start Em’

Philadelphia Eagles vs. TB – Tampa Bay’s Offense is ranked 27th in the NFL and Josh Johnson isn’t a proven QB and threw an interception last week against Washington. This week, the Eagles should get much more pressure on him and he should throw a few more. Start Em’.

Minnesota Vikings vs. STL – Anytime you have Jared Allen and the Williams Wall, you must love your chance at getting pressure on the QB. Especially when that QB is Kyle Boller. Start Em’.

New York Giants vs. OAK – JaMarcus Russell beware…Osi Umenyiora and Justin Tuck are coming for you. Start Em’.

Pittsburgh Steelers vs. DET – Even without Troy Polamalu, you have to love this matchup. Especially if Detroit goes with Dante Culpepper at QB. Start Em’.

D/ST Sit Em’

Washington Redskins vs. CAR – This is the week that the Panthers Offense gets back on track. Sit Em’.

Arizona Cardinals vs. HOU – This game will be a shootout and both teams could score 30 points or more. You never use a fantasy D/ST unit in a shootout. Sit Em’.

Denver Broncos vs. NE – Even though the Broncos have looked awesome, they are still facing some guys named Tom Brady and Randy Moss. Sit Em’
