The Red Devils won their second consecutive Premier League match on Wednesday as they beat Crystal Palace—the first time they've strung league wins together since August.
However, Tony Pulis' men have won four of their last six after seeing off Swansea City 3-1 on Wednesday, and they find themselves in seventh place just four points behind United.

Preview

Two of United's summer acquisitions took centre stage on Wednesday—Paul Pogba and Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who each assisted the other in the 2-1 win.
The latter earned praise from ESPN's Alex Shaw as he took his impressive tally to 14 goals for the season in all competitions with an exceptional finish to win the game against Palace:
Ibrahimovic is likely to play an important role again on Saturday—he'll need to use his strength to compete with the Baggies' physicality, and whether he wins those duels will go some way to determining how United fare.
As for Pogba, he opened the scoring at Selhurst Park with a close-range finish and also supplied the Swede with an exquisite through ball for United's late winner. Football writer Liam Canning reflected on his excellent form:
Like Ibrahimovic, the Frenchman's ability to deal with harassment from the Baggies—who will likely set out to nullify his creative threat—will be important.

The Red Devils will also need to be wary of Salomon Rondon after his 13-minute hat-trick against the Swans.
As OptaJoe noted, the striker put on a show of his impressive aerial prowess:
The Venezuelan will be a handful for Phil Jones and Marcos Rojo to deal with, particularly given Chris Brunt and Matt Phillips' quality deliveries.
Hesham Bilal-Hafiz of the Manchester Evening News expects Jones to cope well with the challenge:
The centre-back will need to if United are to keep a clean sheet—he can expect to have to deal with plenty of balls into the box when West Brom attack, and Rondon can wreak havoc in the air if left unchecked, as he showed in midweek.
If the Red Devils want to have a chance of finishing in the top four this season, they need to be able to go on lengthy winning runs to keep up with and keep pressure on their rivals.
West Brom are in good form, though—they're capable of getting something out of this game.
